Requirements for media representatives

Press release from or

Accreditation confirmation

please note that the online registration of your request for accreditation does not mean that the request has been granted. Only the written confirmation stating that “Your application for accreditation has been accepted by the IBU and the Organizing Committee!” from the IBU and Organizing Committee grants you media accreditation. Please bring this confirmation with you to the accreditation office upon your arrival. Without this confirmation, the Organizing Committee cannot guarantee that your request will be granted retroactively.

Collection of the accreditation

In order to pick up your media accreditation, you must present your press credentials and the written confirmation of your accreditation by the Organizing Committee Ruhpolding. You must collect your media accreditation personally.

Members of the press are requested to use the VIP Shuttle.
In some cases, a parking ticket for the Chiemgau Arena may be provided which allows the holder to park in the designated media parking lot. The ticket is also your permission to drive through the closed off street to the stadium prior to the races.

Please state your request for assistance in finding accommodation when making your online accreditation request. We will then contact you after your request has been granted.
